1) How long does it take until my order is delivered?

The orders are shipped within 2 working days from the date of purchase. That means that for:

UK customers: orders are sent by first class mail so that they arrive within 4 days of the date thaty are placed.

US ,CANADA and customers: orders are sent by airmail so that they arrive within 8 days from the date of purchase.

European orders: orders are sent by airmail so that they arrive within 8 days from the date of purchase.

Rest of the world: orders arrive within 10 days of the date of purchase.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your jewelry, for whatever reason, we will provide you with a full refund or an exchange for another item. Items must be returned promptly (within 3 weeks) and unused.

Exchanges are common in the case of rings, where people often choose a size slightly bigger or smaller. We are happy to exchange products but the customer is responsible for the extra postage cost.
